CURRENT OPENING

Business Analyst

Working Experience:

  • 4-5 years experience in Business Analysis role.
  • Experience working with Banks, NBFC or Lending Fintechs a must.
  • Work experience with Indian lending market – Preferred.

Primary Skillset:

  • Business Analyst for Loan Origination / Loan Management Systems.
  • Domain knowledge of Lending
  • Knowledge of Mobile centric solutions
  • Basic knowledge of Banking & Financial Services
  • Knowledge of Prototyping, Wireframe designs, SDLC is a must.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.

Good to have Skillset:

  • Knowledge of SME Lending
  • Work-experience with Digital Lending
  • Knowledge of Project Management Activities
  • Basic knowledge of Application Server, databases (SQLs)

Activities:

  • Participate in requirement understanding from users

Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Responsible for Direct Sales of Unsecured Business Loan / SME Loan
  • 5+ years of Experience in Bank/NBFC are preferredTo grow the retail loan business and achieve the targeted loan book size.
  • Lead a team of relationship managers
  • Candidate should be able to identify ,recruit and maintain relationship with DSA’s / Referrals / Connectors etc.
  • Analyzing customer financial status, credit, and Working Capital
  • Providing information to customers about Business Loan
  • Coordinating with collection department in resolving non-starters and delinquency cases.
  •  Incorporating various check-points within the sales process of the team to ensure quality sourcing by the team ensuring acquisition of quality assets.
  • Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
  • The job involves extensive traveling within the assigned area and conducting market/ customer mapping.
  • Candidate needs to proactively identify sales prospects  follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business and follow the various internal guidelines and procedures.

Sales Executives

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Responsible for Direct Sales of Unsecured Business Loan / SME Loan

Collection Manager

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Planning and Leading the collections strategy along with Senior Management.
  • Will be responsible for identifying and managing the agencies.
  • Will be instrumental in designing Collections SOP for in-house and agency teams.
  • Strategizing and planning legal initiatives for the allocated portfolio.
  • Portfolio analysis & quality feedback to cross functional team to build Quality portfolio.
  • Co-ordination with legal machinery for end to end use of legal tool
  • End to End Process Management:  Arbitration proceedings, recourse, etc
  • Ensuring executions falls in line with regulatory compliance measures
  • Conducting regular audits to check if vendor is following the SOP and compliance norms.
  • Managing the overall portfolio as per the agreed targe
  • Collection of dues from delinquent customers through field team, legal and skip tools
  • Portfolio management- minimizing buckets flows and maximising recoveries from NPA accounts
  • Exposure in recovering from hard buckets, managing arbitration, co-ordinating with legal, having good contacts at P.S, etc

Legal cum Compliance Manager

Roles and Responsibility:

  • 5+years of experience in managing Legal & Compliance matters for NBFCs.
    Knowledge of Commercial Contracts, redefining & negotiation of contracts & NDAs
  •  Drafting and vetting of Services and other related agreements, Legal Notices/replies, lease agreements, legal documentation.
  • Identifying legal issues and risks that may affect the business (and ensuring that the business leadership is properly advised concerning those issues).
  • Providing legal guidance relating to the formulation and implementation of strategies and policies.
  • Mitigating & implementing the legal and regulatory risk compliance program and to ensure that the business in complies with local and international payments legislation and regulation.
  • Responsible for liaising; coordination with regulators and external partners.
  • Negotiation with counterparties over the agreement terms/clauses, and ensuring timely closure of the same.
  • Managing company’s litigation, Attending courts matters and other departmental proceedings.
  • Maintaining internal legal MIS for litigation and other compliances.
  • Coordination and follow-ups with external counsels and review/vet various submissions in the ongoing cases/proceedings.
  • Advising the respective business teams of legal risks mitigation and appropriate contractual protections.
  • Lead all the litigation across the organization
  • Lead the corporate law across the organization.
  • Provide legal support to the Company’s business functions.
  • Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labour law,partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
  • Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization Candidates skills
  • Must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to earn trust and credibility.
  • Must have ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality.
